Callum Phillips – Managing Director
Callum has worked in the electrical industry for over 15 years. After qualifying as an electrician at a previous company, Callum formed Leacroft Electrical Services in 2013. His consistent hard work and dedication, has developed Leacroft from a small domestic fit out company to large electrical contractors completing projects throughout the UK. Callum is a professional, committed & experienced managing director who oversees all of Leacroft Electrical Services projects & operations.
Harry Phillips – Project Director
Harry joined Leacroft Electrical Services as an apprentice in 2017 & after completing his Electrical Level 3 NVQ Diploma qualifications has since progressed from Project Manager to Project Director. Harry is in charge of all in house works & a handful of large fit out projects. Harry’s fast thinking, innovative & detailed approach to works ensures he can stay on top of multiple projects with programmes varying in length.
Jonathan Hay – Project Manager
Jonathan has worked in the electrical industry for over 30 years. Jonathan has had a varied career in most aspects of the electrical industry from Retail fit outs to large industrial contracts, these contracts have seen Jonathan rise through from Electrician to Project Management. We at Leacroft have installed Jonathan to develop our Northern Branch from the ground, as we feel with his excellent communications skills and electrical knowledge he is the ideal employee, we at Leacroft are seeing with Jonathan’s determination and hard work that the Northern Branch is already a Success.
Andrew Percey – Construction Manager
With over two and a half decades of dedicated experience in the electrical industry, Andrew is a seasoned professional with a demonstrated track record of excellence in both technical proficiency and leadership. Throughout his career, Andrew has successfully managed a wide range of electrical projects, from installations and maintenance to troubleshooting and repairs. His strong leadership skills, coupled with a commitment to safety and quality, have enabled him to consistently deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations. Andrew is passionate about leveraging his extensive experience to drive innovation, efficiency, and success in every project he undertakes.
Christian Oldman – Project Manager
Christian joined Leacroft Electrical Services as an apprentice in 2019 & after completing his Level 3 NVQ Diploma qualification Christian went on to obtain further qualifications being his 2391 inspection and testing. Christian has been a dedicated hard-working member of staff and has since moved into a project manager role. Christian has gained valuable hands-on experience and knowledge within the electrical field and strives for a positive impact across all projects he works on.
Paul Phillips – Business Development
Following a life time in senior management in the Manufacturing industry, Paul joined Leacroft Electrical Services as business manager in 2022. Paul offers a wealth of business management and administrative experience, including assisting with purchasing, operation, accounts & scheduling. Paul is a fully committed and organised member of staff, ensuring office operations run smoothly & all staff member duties are in line.
Andrew King – Buyer
Over 30 years in the engineering, construction and electrical industries. From a fabrication apprenticeship through to running a shop floor as foreman having achieved a Tec Eng. qualification with a company specialising in early computer housings, aircraft simulators and mail sorting equipment.
A return to the tools with domestic construction mainly within the kitchen and bathroom industries again rising to project coordinator for a kitchen fitting company. It was at this time that Andrew’s path crossed Callum’s, engaging his fledgling company to do the electrical work around multiple kitchen installations. After deciding a fresh challenge was required, Andrew accepted the invitation to come and work with Leacroft as an Engineer. After 8 years thriving on the tools with Leacroft, Andrew now holds the position of buyer within the company structure.
